The affirmation for this week is, "For fast acting relief, try slowing down."
Cats are masters of the slowing down idea....I even pass it on to Vicki & Paul. When I want them to slow down, I encourage them to go and sit on the lounge where I will join them, quite often sit on them and insist on a pat, so they are obliged to sit and slow down.....what a good cat I am!
